Rose Marie Morris

Rose Marie (Masty) Morris, 76, of Muskegon left this earthly life, Thursday

November 16, 2023, to walk the golden streets of Heaven.

Born October 11, 1947 in Muskegon, MI to Ray and Betty (Sprague) Masty.

Rose met Robert Morris, the love of her life in 1961. They married February 4, 1967

in Muskegon, where their 56 year journey together began.

Watching the beautiful sunsets over Lake Michigan with her husband and trips to

the upper peninsula were special memories kept forever.

Flowers, gardening and painting ceramics are hobbies she enjoyed.

Having her family together for the holidays and other family occasions were very

special to Rose. She loved decorating for those times. A loving and caring wife and

mother, always cheerful and thoughtful. Her infectious smile warmed your heart and

made you feel welcome. Rose, always the foundation of her family, with a don't give

up attitude.

Preceding Rose in death are her parents and sister Barbara.

Surviving are her loving husband of 56 years Bob, children: Vicky (Jim) Forester,

Shelly (Tom) Irby and Donny (Courtney) Morris. Grandkids: Brad (Jazmine

Noordhoff) Forester, Emily (Jake Bean) Forester, Felicia (Travis) Bisson, Kyle Irby,

Kevin Irby, Great Grand Children: Adelynn Bisson, Grant Bisson and Ryker Forester.

Sisters: Connie, Pat, Tammy, and Sherry.

Rose leaves her beloved Yorkie fur baby companions: Cuddles, Molly and Sassy.

Psalm 23 The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in

green pastures; He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul; He

leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for His name's sake.

In Lieu of flowers, friends and family may make contributions to the family toward

expenses.

A celebration of life for Rose will be December 2, 2023, 11:00am, held at Black

Creek Bible Church, 2651 Heights Ravenna Rd., Muskegon, MI 49444. with Pastor

Larry Bush presiding.
