Rosalind Willison-Hannah, age 72 of Spring Lake died Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at Mercy Health St.Mary's Campus. She was born August 16, 1951, the daughter of Herman and Rose (Carskegdon) Bates. Rosalind graduated from Davenport College with a bachelor's Degree and worked in sales until 2006 when she opened Spring Lake Bridal where she performed many roles including seamstress. When Rosalind was younger, She also made an annual event of spending two weeks every year at the beach on Lake Michigan with her family, her sisters, and their families. She enjoyed oil painting and Bingo. She also was an avid traveler. Rosalind was always ready for an adventure and her travels took her around the world. No matter where she went Rosalind made lasting friends around the globe. She made it a point to share her travels with as many friends and family as she could. She married Maurice "Morrie" Hannah, Jr. in 1989 Rosalind and Morrie enjoyed spending their evenings watching the sunset with coffee or ice cream. Above all, she was very devoted to her entire family and a loving mother.


SURVIVORS

In addition to her husband Morrie, Rosalind is survived by her sons; Lloyd Willison, James Willison, and Justin Willison, grandchildren Tarren, James, Stephanie, Keisha, Jordan, Taylor, and Austin, eight great-grandchildren and five sisters; Carol Reedy, Sharon Merritt, Peggy Lewis, Cheryl Moore and Sally Davis.


SERVICE

A Celebration of Life for Rosalind will take place October 8th, 2023 at the Grand Haven Eagles located at 20 N 2nd St Grand Haven, MI 49417 from 1 pm-4 pm.


The family is being cared for by Clock Funeral Home, 1469 Peck St., Muskegon, MI.
