Mr. Ronald L. Yahne, Sr., age 78, died Tuesday, June 12, 2007. He was born in Galewood, MI on October 30, 1928 to Samuel & Etta (Kossen) Yahne and married the former Margaret Lehmann on June 1, 1963. Mr. Yahne had been employed at Ottawa Steel for 28 years. He served his Country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Robinson Grace Church and enjoyed bowling, fishing, bingo, hunting, gardening & penny slots. SURVIVORS Ronald is survived by 5 sons, Robert Yahne of Grand Rapids, Leroy (Deb) Yahne of Caledonia, MI, Bob (Lisa Gabala) King of Grand Haven, David (Lorrie)King of FL, Ronald (Shantelle) Yahne, Jr. of Newaygo; 5 daughters, Susan (Mike) Marr of South Haven, Marjorie (Pete) McKeon of Holland, MI, Carol King of Grand Haven, Jeanette (Jim Peasley) King of Alaska, Tammy Yahne of Grand Haven; 29 grandchildren;19 great-grandchildren; sister, Doris (Bill) Anderson of Grand Rapids; 3 brothers, Larry Yahne of Kent City, MI, Chuck (Doris) Yahne of Grand Haven, Sonny (Gail) Guiles of Muskegon. He was preceded in death by his first wife Betty; his second wife, Margaret; 5 sisters & 3 brothers and his great-granddaughter, Grace Ann Borgman. SERVICE Friday, June 15, 2007, 2:00 PM at Robinson Grace Church with Pastor Bill Russell officiating. Interment at Robinson Township Cemetery. VISITATION Friday, 1 hour prior to the service at Robinson Grace Church. MEMORIAL: Ronald Yahne Memorial Fund.
