He was born in Grand Haven, MI on August 16, 1957 to Alfred & Gladys Mengel Currier & married the former Darlene Dagen in Holland, MI on January 24, 1980 & had worked as a Chef in several restaurants. SURVIVORS Wife, Darlene; his children, son Troy Tiers & daughter Tabatha Tiers, both at home; sisters, Christine Tim Smith & Sandra Larry Lewis, both of Grand Haven, MI & Susan Currier of Muskegon, MI; brothers, Steven Tammy Mengel, Tim Diane Currier & Dennis Currier, all of Grand Haven, MI & Roger Nikki Currier of Holland, MI; sisters-in-law, Terry James Thorington of Cedar Springs, MI, Sondra Richard Freeman of Cookville, TN & Shannon Kurt Rodts of Hamilton, MI; brothers-in-law, Thomas Kristen Dagen of Grand Haven, MI & James Erin Pankow of Muskegon, MI; father & mother-in-law, Howard & Audrey Westerlund, also of Cookville, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents. MEMORIAL SERVICE Saturday, December 29, 2001, 3:00 PM at Mona Shores Baptist Church with Rev. Thomas Early officiating.
