Mr. Ronald B. "Ron" Lynn, age 80, passed away Friday, March 23, 2007 at Harbor Hospice Poppen Residence. He was born November 1, 1926 in Muskegon to Duke and Evelyn (Salathe) Lynn and lived in the area his entire life. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and served during World War II. On November 26, 1947, he married the former Betty Ann Loyselle in Muskegon and she survives him. Prior to his retirement in 1994, he worked 28 years for Radium Photo Service. He was a member of the VFW Post #446. Along with his wife, Betty, he is also survived by 2 daughters, Chari Lynn of Muskegon and Mary (Mark) Thomas of St. Joseph; 7 grandchildren, Tariq (Raquell), Heather, Mark (Becky), Kendra, Christopher, David, and James; 4 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Don (Margaret) Lynn of Muskegon. He was preceded in death by 2 sons, Gary Lynn in 2005 and Randy Lynn in 2001. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at The Walburn Chapel Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 1547 W. Sherman Blvd. (231) 759-8565 with Rev. Dr. J. Paul Fawcett officiating. INTERMENT will take place at Evergreen Cemetery. VISITATION with Ron's family will be 3-5 and 7-9 PM Tuesday and 1 hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
