Ronald Chris Carmean CARMEAN, MR. RONALD CHRIS Muskegon Mr. Ronald Chris Carmean, age 63, passed away January 1, 2006. He was born June 9, 1942 in Muskegon to Christopher and Viola (Cousineau) Carmean. He married the former Sally Kay Esh in Muskegon on October 30, 1981. Mr. Carmean attended St. Paul's Episcopal Church and was a member of the Muskegon Hts. Eagles. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed stock car racing. He was a former driver, owner and mechanic at Thunderbird Raceway. Mr. Carmean was formerly employed at Universal Camshaft until his retirement. SURVIVORS: his wife, Sally; 3 sons, Kevin L. (Karen) Carmean, Robin (Pat) Cox and Jon (Cindi) Cox all of Muskegon; 4 daughters, Mary Angela (Ron) Nickle of Chicago, Kathy (Mike) Bennett, Carla (Steve) Neading and Shawn Bosma all of Muskegon; 2 brothers, Frank (Ann) Carmean and Robert (Sue) Carmean both of Muskegon; 2 sisters, Norma (Harley) Garvey and Mary Lou (Simon) Tenbrink both of Muskegon; 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Jack and Vernon "Sonny" Carmean and sister, Barbara Smedley. The FUNERAL SERVICE will be held 11 A.M. Thursday, January 5, 2006 at the Lee Funeral Home, 2812 5th St. Muskegon Hts., Fr. Joe Ashby presiding. VISITATION: Wednesday, 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. MEMORIAL: V.N.S. Hospice.
