Roger Stalzer Sr.

Mr. Roger Stalzer, Sr., age 62, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by family and friends and loved ones, early Monday morning, September 18, 2007. He will be remembered by his wife and life partner of 43 years Barbara Stalzer; three children, Rebecca Wahr, Roger Stalzer, Jr., Shawn Stalzer. Thirteen grandchildren, James Scalifoe, Kody Stalzer, Phillip and Philica Wahr, Keezik, Eric and Shawna Stalzer, Mary, Marty and Tyler Mills, Kayleigh, Ricky and Justin Sheffer. Four Great grandchildren, Dominic, Dakota, Nodin and Sophia Shalifoe. Four brothers, Joe, Don, Bob, and Bill Stalzer, and many many more loved ones. Roger loved riding motorcycles, working on cars, hunting, football, pow-wows, and music. He was a faithful member of the Native American Church and a very kind soul. The fire was lit Monday morning and will remain lit until September 20, 2007. A Native American church meeting will be held at sunset Wednesday on September 19, 2007 dismissing at 11:00 A.M. for visitation at 12:00 noon at the funeral home. Roger will be laid to rest at Fruitland Township Cemetery. Feast to follow at 1240 Becker Road (Home of Tamara Rivas) VISITATION: Today 4-6 P.M. and 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
