LUTZ, MR. ROGER JOSEPH Grand Rapids formerly of Muskegon Mr. Roger J. Lutz, age 72, died Monday, September 6, 2004 in Ontario, Canada. He was born in Muskegon on February 11, 1932 to Joseph & Eva Ludwig Lutz and married the former Helen Chonis Innis on October 21, 1988. Mr. Lutz had served his country in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He had been employed as a Chemical Engineer at Gerber Products for over 27 years until 1992. He enjoyed golf and was an avid fisherman attending an annual fishing excursion with his dearest friends for the last 25 years. SURVIVORS Wife, Helen; son, Bradley Linda Lutz of Evergreen, CO; daughter, Judith Michael Landry of Atlanta, GA; 5 grandchildren; mother, Eva Lutz of Muskegon; 2 stepsons, John Michele Innis of Shelby, MI, William Innis of Muskegon; 2 stepdaughters, Dr. Connie Innis Dr. Spencer Liu of Seattle, WA, Anna Innis of Huntington Beach, CA; 5 stepgrandchildren; 2 sisters, Carol Buchan of Muskegon, Janis Robert Hansen of Grand Rapids; 4 nephews; 1 niece. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Connie Ostrowski Lutz in 1981. SERVICE Sunday, September 12, 2004, 4:00 PM at the Clock Chapel with Rev. Chris Anderson officiating with military rites under the auspices of the Muskegon County Council of Veterans. Interment at Maple Grove Cemetery in Fremont. VISITATION Saturday, 6-8 PM at Clock Funeral Home with a Trisagion Prayer Service at 7:00 PM.
