Roger J. Edick

Roger J. Edick, age 67, passed away Friday, October 10, 2008. at a local care facility. He was born August 14, 1941 in Muskegon, MI to Marion and Margaret (Minor) Edick and he married Judith A. Linderman on May 16, 1964. Roger had worked at A.D. Boss for 25 years. He was a member of the Disabled American Veteran #11 in Muskegon. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving during the Vietnam Conflict. Roger is survived by his wife Judy of 44 years, one daughter; Dawn Languell and fiance' Akihiko Matsumura of Battle Creek, one son; Brent (Kathryn) Edick of Portland, MI, two grandchildren; Andrew and Anna Edick, two sisters; Luria (Dennis) Anderson of Fruitport and Shelly (Dan) Chambers of Hudsonville, two brothers; Alan (Maureen) Edick of North Carolina and Arnold (Nancy) Edick of Muskegon and several nieces and nephews. He was preceeded in death by brother; Adrian Edick. The funeral service for Roger will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at the Klaassen Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Fort Custer National Cemetery. Full Military Rites by the American Legion Charles Conklin Post #28.
