PARKS, MR. ROBERT KENNETH Muskegon Mr. Robert K. Parks, age 68, died unexpectedly, Wednesday, June 14, 2006 at Hackley Hospital. He was born in Fremont, MI on June 8, 1938 to Robert and Eleanor Parks and married the former Carol Carr. Mr. Parks had been a retired US Army SFC, E-7 serving two tours in Vietnam. He was also a clerk for the US Postal Service. SURVIVORS Wife, Carol; mother, Eleanor Parks of Texas; son, Clyde and daughter in law, Jean Parks of Muskegon; step daughter, Mary Pleming of Muskegon; 2 grandchildren, Megan and Kaily Parks; sister, Lois and brother-in-law, A.C. Gordon of Houston, TX. Mr. Parks was preceded in death by his father, Robert. GRAVESIDE SERVICE Monday, June 19, 2006, 1:00 PM at Sunrise Memorial Gardens with Pastor Theophilus R. Michael Burrel, of the Apostolic Church of God, officiating. Interment at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. VISITATION Sunday, 10 AM-12 PM & 5:30-7:30 PM at Clock Funeral Home.
