Robert Ericksen

Mr. Robert L. Ericksen, age 89, died Saturday, July 25, 2009. He was born in Muskegon, MI on January 1, 1920 to Louis & Julia (Claussen) Ericksen and married the former Dorothy Ferguson on February 10, 1967. Mr. Ericksen had been employed as an Assembler at Teledyne Continental Motors for 35 years until retiring in 1976. He had a great love for new cars, music, traveling, participating in activities at Northside Seniors and meeting for coffee at Mr. Quick's. SURVIVORS Sister, Doris Jane Newville & many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy; 4 brothers, Herman, Harold, Kenneth, & Raymond Ericksen; 5 sisters, Christine West, Agnes Poort, Ida Nelson, Gladys Gust, & Alice Burns. SERVICE Tuesday, July 28, 2009, 1:00 PM at the Clock Chapel with Rev. Ken Shady officiating. Interment at Restlawn Cemetery. VISITATION Tuesday, 1 hour prior to the service at Clock Life Story Funeral Home - Muskegon. MEMORIAL: Harbor Hospice.
