COMER, JR., MR. ROBERT Muskegon, MI Mr. Robert Comer, Jr., age 78, died Tuesday, July 29, 2003. He was born in Muskegon, MI on January 27, 1925 to Robert & Jennie White Comer, Sr. & married the former Martha Schutt on June 1, 1946. Mr. Comer served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII. He had been employed at Buddy Friends Clothing Store & other clothing retailers in the area until retiring. He was a member of the Fremont V.F.W. Post 6898 & was a District 12 Past Commander from 1955-1956 & 1956-1957. SURVIVORS Wife, Martha; 2 sons, Robert Lee Comer & Rodney Mark Comer, both of Muskegon, MI; 3 grandchildren, Martha Lynn Comer, Michael David Comer & Laurin Gene Comer; 1 brother, Laurin Comer of Ludington, MI & many nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by a son, Michael on December 4, 1965. MEMORIAL SERVICE Monday, August 4, 2003, 2:00 PM at the Clock Chapel with Rev. Clifford Lones officiating.
