BOLHUIS, MR. ROBERT A. Norton Shores, MI Mr. Robert A. Bolhuis, age 90, died Thursday, May 2, 2002 at home. He was born in Charlevoix, MI on August 4, 1911 to Allan J. & Mary C. Tullock Bolhuis & married the former Alice Rasmussen in Ludington, MI on June 15, 1946. Mr. Bolhuis was a Veteran having served in the U.S. Army Air Corp. during WWII. He had been employed as an Auto Dept. Supervisor at Consumers Power Co. for 33 years until retiring in 1976. He was a member of Samuel Lutheran Church, the Vikings Linne Lodge #57, the Danish Brotherhood & the VFW Post #7729. SURVIVORS 1 son, Steven Katie Bolhuis of Muskegon, MI; 3 grandchildren, Steven Bolhuis Jr. of Cincinnati, OH, Brendan Bolhuis of E. Lansing, MI & Grant Bolhuis of Muskegon, MI; 1 brother, Hugh Bolhuis of Grand Rapids, MI. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice on August 27, 1986 & by a brother, Emerald Bolhuis. SERVICE Monday, May 6, 2002, 11:00 AM at the Clock Chapel with Rev. Christopher Anderson officiating. Interment at Lakeside Cemetery. VISITATION Sunday, 3-5 & 7-9 PM at Clock Funeral Home.
