Robert "Bill" Parker

Mr. Robert William "Bill" Parker, age 87, passed away Monday, July 4, 2016. He was born in Muskegon Heights, Michigan on October 7, 1928 to Raymond & Lucy (Newburn) Parker and served his country in the US Army in Germany. He married the former Janet Norstrom on March 12, 1955. Mr. Parker had been employed at Shaw Walker for 40 years until retiring. Robert liked taking drives and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandkids. SURVIVORS Sons, Stephen (Beth) Parker of Muskegon, Scott (Yolanda) Parker of MD, Barry (Liz) Parker of Muskegon, Matthew (Shelly) Parker of Muskegon, Clinton (Lynda) Parker of OH; grandchildren, Erinn & Evan Parker, Anthony Almendarez; great grandson, Adrian Almendarez; sister, Audrey Hauver; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Janet in April; siblings, Raymond, Rollo, Roy, Richard, Glenda, Elaine, Maxine, Mary, Doris, Lucille, & Nancy.
