Robert Charles Barrett

Barrett, Sr., Mr. Robert Charles Muskegon, Michigan Mr. Robert Charles Barrett Sr., passed away and was welcomed into the presence of the Lord Wednesday, November 10, 2021. He was 71. Robert was born in Muskegon, MI on October 13, 1950 to James & Marjorie (Rowe) Barrett. He served as a flight medic in the US Air Force and went on to build a life as an aerospace machinist, dog lover, metal-detecting enthusiast, tinkerer, man-purse wearer (Indiana Jones wears one), brother, uncle, friend, teacher, loving father, beloved grandfather, and man of God. His dynamic personality, loving character, and finely crafted wit compelled all who knew him to love him. He will be profoundly missed. SURVIVORS Children, Robert (Sarah) Barrett Jr. & JoAnn "Boog" Barrett; granddaughter, Paige Barrett; sister, Jeanie Rabach; sister-in-law, Brenda Barrett; many nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers James & David, and brother-in-law William Rabach. MEMORIAL SERVICE Memorial Service will be held at Evanston Avenue Baptist Church on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at 1:00PM with a time for visitation prior to the service at 12:00PM.
