Ricky Allen Crosby

Crosby, Mr. Ricky Allen Muskegon Heights, Michigan Beloved father, brother, son, uncle, cousin, passionate coach, and loving friend, Ricky Allen Crosby, age 62, passed away Friday, October 21, 2022. Ricky was cherished by many and had a heart of gold and was born in Muskegon Heights, Michigan on May 29, 1960 to William & Daisy (Burton) Crosby. Mr. Crosby graduated from Muskegon High School in 1978 where he was a part of the varsity wrestling team. After graduation, Ricky served his country in the US Marine Corps. After serving in the military, he found employment at Eagle Ottawa Leather Company where he worked as part of the hide house department for many years. Years later he had the opportunity to coach and mentor the game of basketball at Moon School ('98 - '00) where he gained lifelong relationships with many of the kids, even inspiring them into adulthood. Ricky was a member of Beulah Baptist Church and The Upperroom Church Ministries. Ricky enjoyed yard work (especially gardening). He loved music! (Whitney Houston, Alicia Keys, Teena Marie, The Temptations along with both his sons and daughters, to list a few. Ricky enjoyed sports (GO BLUE!!!) and having a drink with friends over a conversation. He played dominoes with Dennis Jackson, Thomas Day, his brother Terry, and sister-in-law Helena. He loved spending time with his family and going on walks especially with his granddaughter Melody. From his smile, crazy sense of humor, and charismatic ways, Ricky will be truly missed and never forgotten. SURVIVORS Ricky was survived by his Children;
