Richard Seng

Mr. Richard Seng, age 75, passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2013 after an ongoing battle with multiple sclerosis and then multiple myeloma. He was born in Muskegon, on February 8, 1938 to Lyman & Marjorie (Quist) Seng. He served in the US Navy overseas and in the reserves. Dick had been employed as a millwright at Kaydon for over 30 years until retiring to the lake in 1996. He loved to fish, hunt, attend his vegetable garden and enjoyed life with his friends and family. He was a member of the American Legion, the Polish Falcons & the Muskegon Heights Eagles. The Seng Family would like to give special thanks to all the friends, extended family and medical staff for their love and support. SURVIVORS Wife of 52 years, Carla; children, Michael (Nora) Seng of Colorado and Michele (Charles) Mortenson of Norton Shores; grandchildren, Alexandria, Brandi, Adam, Tanya, Christopher and Michael. SERVICE Friday, April 19, 2013, 11:00 AM and visitation 1 hour prior to the service at the Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Fr. William Langlois officiating.
