Richard Nichols

Mr. Richard L. Nichols, age 65, passed away Monday, May 2, 2011. He was born in Muskegon, MI on October 1, 1945 to Frank & Genevieve (Chalquist) Nichols and married the former Johanne Rasey on December 7, 1999. Mr. Nichols had been employed as a crane operator at CWC Textron for over 20 years. He attended Hope Reformed Church and enjoyed Nascar, hunting, the outdoors, and spending time with his dogs, Bubba & Mandi.. SURVIVORS Wife, Johanne; daughters, Rachelle "Shelly" Nichols & Sharon Nichols both of Muskegon; stepchildren, Joseph (Rhonda Smith) Zeedyk, Jeffery (Deanna) Zeedyk, Kim (Pete) Denholf all of Muskegon; 13 grandchilren; several great & great great grandchildren & his little buddy Aaron; sisters, Beverly Sims & Betty (Jim) Keller; brother, Gerry (Carol) Nichols; several nieces, nephews & cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Frank Nichols. SERVICE According to his wishes, there will be no services. MEMORIAL: Noah Project.
