Richard Alan Lyons LYONS, MR. RICHARD ALAN Muskegon (formerly of Grand Haven) Richard Alan Lyons, age 40, passed away Monday, February 6, 2006, from injuries sustained in a semi-truck accident in Illinois. He was born May 2, 1965 to Kenneth and Esther (Keuken) Lyons in Grand Haven; and he married Susan D. Charron on June 21, 2005 in Muskegon. Dick was a semi-truck driver for Schneider National; and his CB handles were "Heat Miser" and "Heat", "Heater" and "Dick". He was a 1983 graduate of Grand Haven High School and was formerly employed by C Grinding Specialty in Grand Haven. Dick was an avid hunter and fisherman and he enjoyed animals.Survivors include his wife Susan; parents Kenneth Sr. and Esther Lyons of Grand Haven; sister Pam Lyons of Grand Haven; 2 brothers, Ken Lyons Jr. of Grand Haven and Dan (Barb) Lyons of Muskegon; several nieces and nephews. A private funeral service will be held next week. Friends may meet the family 2-5 p.m. Sunday at VanZantwick Bartels Kammeraad Funeral Home in Grand Haven.
