WRIGHT, SR., REV. RICHARD N. Sarasota, FL Rev. Richard N. Wright, Sr., age 75, died Wednesday, March 13, 2002. He was born in Muskegon, MI on December 24, 1926. He moved to Sarasota, FL from Illinois 10 years ago, spending summers in Wonder Lake, IL. Rev. Wright served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II & the Korean Conflict. He was a graduate of Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL & was a minister, a member of the Bethel Community Church & the Fundamental Churches of America. His ministry extended to the Wonder Lake Bible Church. He also served 22 years with the Wonder Lake Fire Department & Rescue where he attained the rank of Lieutenant. He was also a Sheriff's Chaplain for the McHenry County Sheriff's Department for 20 years. SURVIVORS: Wife, Jeanette O'Shea Wright of Sarasota, FL; 3 sons, Richard N. Donna Wright, Jr. of Apple Valley, MN, Thomas George Wright of Gurnee, IL & David Julaine Wright of Yuba City, CA; 8 grand-children, Scott Allison, Steve Jennifer, Todd Jennifer, Stephanie, Nicholas, Thomas & Brandon; sister, Rhoda Repke of GA; 2 brothers, David Wright of Englewood, FL & Bill Wright of Poplar Bluff, MO. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Velma in 1990. GRAVESIDE SERVICE: Tuesday, March 19, 2002, 12:00 PM at Restlawn Cemetery with Richard N. Wright, Jr. officiating.
