MORRIS, MRS. MARY 'REBECCA' Grand Haven Formerly of Water Valley, KY Mary Rebecca Morris, age, 88, of Grand Haven, MI, formerly of Fulton, KY, passed away Sunday afternoon, August 1, 2004. She was born in Water Valley, KY on November 16, 1915. She was preceded in death by her husband Reginald Glenn Morris, their son, Marvin Keith Morris and his daughter Melanie Renee` Morris. Also preceded by Gayle Ann Morris and her sister, Vivian Lowrey. Our dear mother is survived by James P. Patricia Morris, Jo Ann Louis Burdick; 6 grandchildren, Glenn S. Morris, Shirley J. Bagalay, Linda R. Balewski, Mark E. Burdick, Karen A. Bradley, and Jacqueline M. Fobar. 20 great grandchildren, Sydney, Nathan Morris, Ryan, Adam, Marissa Bagalay, Melissa, Margaret, Albert, Lorraine Balewski, Stephanie, Stephen, Brandi, Emiley Burdick, Anthony Jenkins, Rebecca, Rachel, Elizabeth Dooley, Lawrence and David Fobar; an adopted ''Swiss Miss'', Kathrin Beck; a great great granddaughter, Aleina Marie Bradley; a niece, Dorothy Owen and several cousins. Mary graduated from Water Valley Kentucky High School where she was valedictorian of her class and a center on the Water Valley basketball team. Mrs Morris was a basketball fan all her life and loved to write letters and cards. She enjoyed reading the Bible and was a member of Lakeshore Baptist Church and the Ladies Bible Study. SERVICE Wednesday, August 4, 2004, 11:00 AM at Lakeshore Baptist Church with Pastor Wayne Muri officiating. Interment 1:00 PM Monday, August 9, 2004 at Water Valley Cemetery in Kentucky. VISITATION Tuesday, 7-9 PM at Clock Funeral Home MEMORIAL: Lakeshore Baptist Church or Hospice of North Ottawa
