Phyllis Garnett

Mrs. Phyllis (Byrd) Garnett, age 55, died Thursday, November 15, 2012 in Vallejo, CA. She was born in Muskegon, MI on March 23, 1957 to Levi & Mary (Jones) Byrd. She married Herbert Garnett in 1983. Mrs. Garnett had been a loving mother and sister who will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS Daughter, Miesha Shante Garnett of CA; sister, Ann Franklin of CA, Mary Byrd & Cheryl Diane Byrd of Muskegon; brother, Willie (Ruth) Byrd of WI, Leroy Byrd of Muskegon; nieces & nephews, Yolanda Moore, Chris Jones, Lanesa Franklin, Lawrence McAdoo, Justin McAdoo, Dannisha Lacy, Davon Lacy, Fredrick Jones; aunts, Beatrice Martin of AL, Mackie Jones of Muskegon Heights; Godsister, Carol Mitchell Woodford. SERVICE Wednesday, November 28, 2012, 12:00 PM at Bethesda Baptist Church with Rev. Charles W. Poole officiating. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery.
