SURVIVORS Husband, James; children, Kerry Ed Barr, Theresa Benoit, Fred Janice Forrest, Vern Dena Forrest, Joseph Tammy Forrest; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Cremation has taken place and at her request, there will be no service. Memorials: The Kidney Foundation or Hospice of N. Ottawa Community.
