Phyllis Lorraine Brown, age 97 was born on August 14, 1928 in Muskegon, Michigan to the late Earl and Dorothy Brown. She passed away at The Poppen Hospice Residence of Harbor Hospice in the evening of Wednesday, November 5, 2025 with her nieces, Karen Brown and Cheryl Schrader at her side.

Along with her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by her brother, Donald L. Brown and sister in-law, Patricia Brown. Phyllis' survivors include her nieces, Karen Brown and Cheryl Schrader, and her nephews, Christopher (Jane) Brown and Donald J Brown.

Phyllis was a lifelong resident of Muskegon and had enjoyed retirement from the Muskegon Piston Ring. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place with spreading of her ashes to take place the Summer of 2026 in Lake Michigan.
