Penelope Gay Boltze

Penelope Gay Boltze, age 82, of North Muskegon, MI passed peacefully on Monday, May 25, 2026.

Penelope Gay was born on November 11, 1943, in Lansing, MI to Ralph and Alda (Walker) Miller. Penelope, affectionately known as Penny married the love of her life, Noel Richard Boltze on November 28, 1959, embarking on a beautiful journey of love and family that spanned decades.

Penny was a dedicated homemaker, a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother whose unwavering love and support shaped the lives of all who knew her. She loved any type of arts and crafts. A wonderful seamstress, she created matching outfits for her children, crocheting blankets, crafted wooden yard art and cardboard houses for her furry felines. In her later years she found joy in making "sock buddies" for fellow residents at her assisted living facility, spreading laughter and companionship to those around her.

Penny leaves behind her a legacy of love through her children: Rhonda (Guy) Boltze, Richard (Stephanie) Boltze, Brenda (Bruce) Comer; her grandchildren: Brandi Barnhill, Scott (Brook) Zank, Cassie (Matt) Conzemius, Amanda (Justin) Sidock, Katelyn (Nate) Woodland, Brett Boltze, Nicholas Boltze and Rachel Boltze; her great-grandchildren: Alisa, Keylon, Lillian, Isla, Ashmore, Jovi, Brayden, Mason, McKennah and Savannah.

Penny will be missed by her siblings: Tom (Glenda) Miller, Dick (Gayle) Miller and sister Pat.

She has been reunited with her husband Rich, daughter Lisa Woodland, son Tim Boltze and grandson Weston Boltze.

In accordance with Penny's wishes there will be no formal service. Family and friends are invited to join at a graveside service which will be announced in the near future.
