Cotton, Ms. Paula Gail Muskegon Ms. Paula Gail Cotton, age 66, passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2020. She was born in Muskegon, MI on February 5, 1953 to Lloyd & Donna (Haiker) Cotton. Ms. Cotton did clerical work as well as graphic design work at GTE before retiring. Paula played the Oboe in her youth, loved shopping, was considered very artistic and focused on water colors & india ink, enjoyed watching movies & listening to music.
