Paul J. Saxton Sr.

Mr. Paul Jerry Saxton Sr., age 77, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2019. He was born in Fife Lake, MI on November 30, 1941 to Jesse & LaVerna (Seegmiller) Saxton and served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He married the former Judy Harris in 2013. Mr. Saxton had been employed as a Roofer for Woodland Roofing in Traverse City, Grand Traverse Construction & Traverse Bay Roofing until retiring. Paul enjoyed dirt track car racing, hunting and fishing. SURVIVORS Wife, Judy Saxton; children, Crystal (Mike) Lee of Bretheren, Paul Bucky (Cheryl) Saxton Jr. of Interlochen, Patty Groesser of Buckley; grandchildren, Jessica, Bethany, Julie, Courtney, Tabitha, Jake; great-grandchildren, Gabe, Cheyenne, Hunter, Sophya, Oliver, Kaedynce, Koltyn, Braiden, Breella; stepchildren, Kathy Staple, David Harris, Karen Harris, Steve Harris, Scott Harris, Rob Harris, Donna Blanchard; many stepgrandchildren.
