PORTER, MR. PAUL H. Grand Haven, MI Mr. Paul H. Porter, age 49, died Saturday, January 26, 2002 at home. He was born in Orlando, FL on November 21, 1952 to James C. & Marguerite Harrison Porter. He served his country during the Vietnam War & also from 1984 to 1989. Mr. Porter had been employed as a truck driver for 28 years until retiring in 2000. He was a member of the Grand Haven VFW Alvin Jonker Post. SURVIVORS: Daughter, Kyla Rose Joe Luis of Murphys, CA; 2 sons, Jimmy Jack Porter & Benjamin Harrison Porter, both of Grand Haven, MI; 2 grandchildren, Dylan Joseph Luis & Savannah Nichole Luis; 2 sisters, Lila Mae Tom Parks & Bonnie Lane; 2 brothers, JC Porter & Chuck Kathy Porter. Mr. Porter was preceded in death by his parents. MEMORIAL SERVICE: Friday, February 1, 2002, 7:00 PM at Resurrection Life Church with Pastor Bernie Groendyke officiating.
