EICH, MR. PAUL M. Grand Haven, MI Mr. Paul M. Eich, age 79, died Tuesday, April 2, 2002. He was born in Cicero, IL on June 7, 1922 to Paul M. & Emma Eich & married the former Elizabeth Headley on June 26, 1945. Mr. Eich served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He was a blueberry grower & owned Pleasant Acres Blueberry Farm & at the same time worked as a Machinist for Cooper Industries until retiring in 1981. Mr. Eich was a member & a former Congregational Chairman of United Lutheran Church in Agnew, MI & was also a member & honor guard of the Charles Conklin American Legion Post #28. He was a Boy Scout & Leader for over 34 years & enjoyed woodworking & metalworking. SURVIVORS Wife, Elizabeth; son, Robert Lois Eich of Grand Haven, MI; 5 grandchildren, Karen Fonkert of Ottawa, IL, Jennifer Eich of Booneville, KY, Paula Zokoe of Grand Haven, MI, Ted Eich of Orlando, FL & Jarrod Eich of Grand Haven, MI; 3 great-grandchildren, Taea Fonkert of Ottawa, IL, Alyssa & Alli Zokoe, both of Grand Haven, MI. SERVICE: Friday, April 5, 2002, 1:00 PM at the Clock Chapel-Grand Haven with Rev. Robert Cordes officiating. Interment at Historic Cemetery.
