He was born in Muskegon, MI on June 17, 1955 to Charles & Maxine (Nielson) Keenan. SURVIVORS Brothers, Charles Keenan Jr., John Keenan & Terrence (Linda) Keenan; 2 step-sisters, Randi Johnson & Susan Shafer; many nieces, nephews & cousins.
