Patricia Jope

Mrs. Patricia Anne Jope, age 66, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2007. She was born September 17, 1940 in Muskegon, MI. The former Patricia Anne Sorensen married William W. Jope September 17, 1976, in Muskegon. Mrs. Jope was a teacher and taught at Muskegon Catholic Central, Muskegon Heights Adult Education, and Our Lady of Grace School. She was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. Mrs. Jope is survived by her husband, William; daughters, Lisa (Clifford) Hovis and Michele Brantman; step-daughter, Cindilee (Dale LaFountain) Jope; step-son, Michael (Amy) Jope; 9 grandchildren, Samantha and William Hovis, Theodore Brantman, Jacob, Nathan, David and Benjamin Jope, and Tara and Tyler LaFountain. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers. FUNERAL MASS: Wednesday, June 20th, 11:00 A.M., at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Rev. Thomas Brown officiating. Burial is at Spring Lake Cemetery. VISITATION: Tuesday, 2-4 and 6-8 P.M., at the funeral home. ROSARY: Tuesday evening, 7:30 P.M. MEMORIALS CONTRIBUTIONS May be made to the family.
