Mrs. Patricia A. Keeton-Carter, age 65, passed away Monday, October 14, 2013. She was born in Union City, TN on December 13, 1947 to George & Littie (Petty) Keeton and married Charles Carter in 1994. Mrs. Carter had been employed as a Clinical Technician in the Hearing and Vision department for the Muskegon County Health Department for 30 years until retiring in 2003. She was the President of VFW Auxiliary 3195, was a member of Eastern Star and active member at Tanglewood Parks. Pat enjoyed gardening and reading. But foremost was always her family. SURVIVORS Mother, Littie Mai Keeton of Muskegon; son, Charles "Scott" (Pamela) Keeton of IN; brothers, Larry Keeton of Muskegon, Lenley (Susan) Keeton of Muskegon; sisters, Glenda Moore of Muskegon, Jan Loomis of Muskegon, Neva Keeton of Muskegon; special great nephews, Tyler & Jaxon Roberts; several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
