Patricia Ann Blackmon

Blackmon, Ms. Patricia Ann Whitehall, Michigan Ms. Patricia Ann Blackmon, age 71, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 12, 2022. She was born in Saint Louis, MO on February 13, 1951 to Rodrick and Doris (Kirksey) Anthony II. Patricia had been employed as a Cook at Brookhaven for 20 years. Patricia was a longtime member of Spring Street Baptist Church under the leadership of her her late grand father Reverend I.G Kirksey. She enjoyed watching Judge Judy and General Hospital daily. Patricia was known as "granny" to all, she was a giver, loved being with family and babysitting. She enjoyed going to the beach, a good joke, and loved pepsi. Above all, Patricia loved the Lord and that showed in her life daily. SURVIVORS She is survived by (1) son, Lamont (Ellissa) Blackmon;(3)daughters, Joycelyn Blackmon, Jennifer Blackmon, Jillian (Dawaun) Allen; grandchildren, Demonte Blackmon, Demame Blackmon, Daqwan Blackmon, Briaunna Allen; great grandchildren, Demorre Jr, Amor Blackmon; siblings Doris Anthony, Willa Horton, Darlene Anthony; special friends Queenie Farris, Rush Anthony, and Barbara Driver. She was preceded in death by both of her parents; grand daughter, Deashanae Moore; brothers, William Brookshire, Dexter Anthony, Issac Anthony, and Roderick Anthony III. SERVICE Thursday, July 21, 2022, 12:00 PM at Spring Street Baptist Church. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery.
