She was born March 21, 1960 to Beatrice Harvey and John Donley in Muskegon MI. Jasmine grew into a very beautiful young woman and graduated from Muskegon Heights High School in 1978. Many of her peers may know her as Pamela but they would be introduced to Jasmine once she debuted her name change in 1978 as well. Jasmine had a brave soul, kind heart and wonderful spirit. She made any person she talked to laugh with her crazy sense of humor. She loved to be daring and different. Jasmine was always the type of person to live life to the fullest especially in her prime. She enjoyed riding a motorcycle and drove fast cars. She was cool in her own right. She also had many talents. Jasmine was artistic and could draw and paint beautifully.
