Pamela Anderson Profile Photo

Mrs. Pamela "Pam" Lee (Branyan) Anderson, age 59, beloved daughter, wife, mother, and sister, passed into the eternal salvation and glory of her Lord and savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday, June 29, 2007. Born August 18, 1947 in Muskegon to parents, Gordon A. Branyan and Virginia L. (Branyan) Howell, Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by her parents and dear husband of 26 years, Dennis "Buffalo" Anderson. Graduating from White Cloud High School in 1966, Pam knew her calling and purpose in life was to be a devoted wife and mother. Pam enjoyed collecting stuffed and ceramic rabbits, caring for her home and garden, bird watching, visiting with her grandchildren, reading her Bible and tending to the needs of others; for Pam was truly a "caretaker". Although somewhat distant in bloodline, Pam nonetheless took pride in her Native American heritage and often attended pow-wows and rendezvous with her husband Dennis "Buffalo" Anderson. Pam also liked to reminisce about childhood days growing up in the Ruddiman Terrace housing project and the many friends and fun times she enjoyed as a child. SURVIVORS: Mrs. Anderson is survived by her two children, son, Lane (Teresa) Nickoloff of Muskegon; daughter, Debra (Alexander Roper) Nickoloff of Muskegon; six dearly loved grandchildren, Rachel Wildsmith, Thomas Wildsmith, Laura Nickoloff, Drew Roper, Brianna Roper and Cody Roper, all of Muskegon; brothers, Steven Branyan, James Branyan and Edward Branyan all of Muskegon, and James Howell, Jr. of Greenville; sisters, Cheri (Randy Hotz) Smith of Muskegon, and Debra Howell of Greenville; one nephew, Matthew Hotz of Muskegon; as well as dear and close friends, Karen, Suzy and Tammi. SERVICE: In honoring Pam's wishes, there will be no visitation or formal service. A memorial gathering of family and friends to commemorate and celebrate Pam's life will be announced at a later date. Those wishing to give a lasting memorial gift are asked to consider the American Lung Association.
