Olive M Wierengo

WIERENGO, MRS. OLIVE M. Muskegon Mrs. Olive M. Wierengo, age 93, died Thursday, August 4, 2005. She was born in Toronto, Canada on September 30, 1911 to Amos & Mabel Holman Darrach and married Henry L. Wierengo on October 18, 1935 in Toronto, Canada. Mrs. Wierengo had been employed as a Secretary at Adams Department Store in Toronto, and then as a legal secretary for her husband's law practice. She was a member of the Berean Church and active with the Muskegon Rescue Mission, the Yacht Club & the Century Club. SURVIVORS 4 daughters, Bette Ann William Rodewald of Montague, Joan Mae Milton Embs of Dewitt, Rosemary Anderson Lynn Ray of Traverse City, Susan Carley Tony Liane of Missoula, MT; 14 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren; brother, Scott Darrach of Toronto. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry in 1983; sister, Nerine Jeffries; brother, Colin Darrach. MEMORIAL SERVICE Thursday, August 11, 2005, 1:00 PM at Berean Church with Pastor Dwight Reed officiating. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery. VISITATION Guests may meet with the family immediately following the service. There will be no visitation prior to the service.
