CHANDLER, MRS. OLIVE M. "AUNT OLLIE" Twin Lake Mrs. Olive M. Chandler, age 95, died Thursday, December 11, 2008. She was born in Oceana County, MI on May 22, 1913 to Floyd & Harriet (Slayter) Hamilton and married James "Nelson" Chandler on May 22, 1930. Mrs. Chandler had been a Homemaker and was a long time member of St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church. She enjoyed playing her organ, quilting, baking, and card games, but foremost was her family. SURVIVORS 3 sons, James (Glenna) Chandler of Muskegon, Wallace (Barbara) Chandler of Grand Haven, Larry (Sherry) Chandler of Muskegon; 4 daughters, June Beasley of NM, Flora (John) Pastotnik of Twin Lake, Lana (Tom) Williams of Whitehall, Rhonda Lee Messenger of Muskegon; 37 grandchildren; 82 great grandchildren; 31 great great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Janet Chandler of Muskegon; several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, James "Nelson"; 2 sons, George & Jeffrey Chandler; daughter, Ardith Fagan; son-in-law, David Beasley. SERVICE Tuesday, December 16, 2008, 11:00 AM at St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church with Fr. Donn Tufts officiating. Interment at Holton Cemetery.
