Olive L. Chamberlain

Mrs. Olive L. Chamberlain, age 94 passed away on March 1, 2008. She was born in Pleasanton, Michigan on May 27, 1913. She was married to Gerald Chamberlain on December 29, 1935 and he preceded her in death on October 20, 1976. Olive is survived by two daughters, Lorraine (Jerry) Bagley, of Delton, and Alice (Jim) Weathers, of Fruitport; eight grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Beatrice (Pete) Alkire, and a brother, Milford (Esther) Reed. Funeral services will be held at the Ever Rest Funeral Home and Chapel, 1783 E. Keating Ave., Muskegon, on Saturday, March 8, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. with the Reverend Dwayne Bagley officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be next to her husband Gerald in Sunrise Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association or a local Hospice organization.
