SKINNER, MRS. NORMA E. Muskegon Mrs. Norma E. Skinner, age 94, died Sunday, November 19, 2006. She was born November 3, 1912 in Van Wert, OH to Michael & Xema (Rider) Wise and married Harold A. Skinner August 28, 1934. He preceded her in death January 24, 2002. Mrs. Skinner had been employed as a secretary for the Wyandotte Public Schools. SURVIVORS 1 son, Michael (Paula Martin) Skinner of Muskegon; 2 granddaughters, Julie (Robert) Johnson of Whitehall, Lori (Howard) Mortenson of Muskegon; 3 great grandchildren, Madelynn Mortenson, Ryan Mortenson, Ella Johnson; 1 sister, Bernice Peterson of Lodi, CA; friend, Elaine Skinner of Whitehall.
