Murial Todd

Mrs. Muriel V. Todd, age 96, passed away, Tuesday, February 11, 2014. She was born in Muskegon, MI on April 29, 1917 and was a life long resident. Mrs. Todd married Norman W. Todd on June 3, 1938 in Muskegon. He preceded her in death on June 21, 1994. Mrs. Todd retired from the Muskegon Public Schools Special Education Program. She was an active member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church for many years, serving as a former organist and director of choral and handbells choirs. She was a volunteer at Love INC. and Widows Together. Her other interests were gardening and sewing. SURVIVORS Son, Richard J. (Barbara) Todd of Ludington; daughter, Norma Jean Horan of Muskegon; grandsons, Michael (Robin) Todd of Brighton, John (Vera) Todd of Ludington and Daniel (Kristin) Todd of OH; eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; brothers, Howard & Leslie Matthews; son-in-law, Joseph Horan D.D.S. SERVICE Saturday, June 21, 2014, 11:00 AM and visitation one hour prior to the service at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church with Deacon Alexander Koppel officiating. MEMORIAL: Harbor Hospice.
