Mrs. Mary B. Ericksen

ERICKSEN, MRS. MARY B. Muskegon Mary Belle Ericksen, 88, died Tuesday, November 7, 2006 following a sudden illness. Ms. Ericksen had lived in Muskegon for 52 years and was a retired registered nurse. Ms. Ericksen was born January 18, 1918, in Willows, CA, daughter of Martha Francis Law Davis & John Leed Davis, both of Tennessee. She was raised in California, Maryville, TN and Atlanta. Ms. Ericksen graduated from Maryville High School in 1937 and from the Ft. Sanders Training School in Knoxville, Tennessee as an RN in 1941. She worked as a nurse in Detroit, Los Angeles and Mercy Hospital in Muskegon. She met her husband, Ken Ericksen, of Muskegon, in 1952. They were married May 21, 1954 in Los Angeles and moved to Muskegon. He preceded her in death on September 22, 1997. CA, Jackson Law of Huntington Beach, CA; nieces, Carol Priest of Muskegon, Betty Love of Muskegon, Elaine Seil of Georgia, Janet Kolbe of Jackson, MI, Jeannette Franklin of Reading, CA, Jeanne Franklin of Thousand Oaks, CA, Peggy Hoff of Big Bear Lake, CA & Sally King of Monrovia, CA. SERVICE Monday, November 13, 2006, 11 AM, at the Clock Chapel-Muskegon with Pastor Sarah Samuelson officiating. INTERMENT: beside her husband in Sunrise Memorial Gardens, Muskegon.
