Moseley, Gordon W.

.Mr. Gordon W. Moseley, age 72, passed away Friday evening, January 19, 2007 at his residence following a long illness. Mr. Moseley was born in Muskegon on November 26, 1934 to William and Helen (Griffin) Moseley. Gordon was a U.S. Army Veteran, a former member of the Muskegon Moose Lodge and was an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed hunting, fishing and in later years, pulling floats at parades. He retired from the E.H. Sheldon Co. after 25 years and started Gordon's Speedy Lawn Service. SURVIVORS: 2 sons, Ronald L. (Mary) Moseley of Muskegon and John W. (Dee) Moseley of Fruitport; 3 daughters, Brenda L. Moseley of Muskegon, Sandra L. Whisler of Muskegon and Paula A. (Ronald) Schmuck of N. Muskegon; special friend, Anna May; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia in 2003 and sister, Norma Jean Doom. MEMORIAL SERVICE: will be held at the Lee Funeral Home, Tuesday, 1:30 P.M., Dr. William Rudd presiding.
