Minnie Jane Binkley

Minnie Jane Binkley, age 93 passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022. She was born in Antioch Tennessee on December 3, 1928, to Carl and Emma (Rice) Paradise. She married Hubert D. (H.D.) Binkley Jr. on March 30, 1947, and he preceded her in death in 1981. Jane was also preceded in death by her beloved granddaughter Alexis (Dennis) Pin. Even though she lived in Michigan for many years, people always asked her where she was born because she had a sweet southern accent. Jane was an avid reader and enjoyed shopping, traveling and especially visiting casinos. Jane loved to dance, even though she might need a little assistance to get to the dance floor. She was happiest when spending time with her family. Big family parties were her favorite, when she could look around and see everyone she loved laughing and talking. She is survived by children: Joyce (David) Larsen, Donna (Randy) Gillette, James Edwin (Linda) Binkley, Frances Richmond, Gary Binkley, and Sandra Elizabeth (Daniel) Schultz. Grandchildren: Shannon Binkley, Steven (Danielle) Saur, David (Linda) Larsen II, Lisa (Michael) Jacobs, Elliott (Julie) Richmond, Kelsie (Brayden Rich) Schultz. 6 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren. A celebration of life is planned for a later date.
