Minarovic, Catherine H.

Mrs. Catherine H. Minarovic, age 75, died peacefully Monday evening January 22, 2007 surrounded by family members after a short illness. She was born on April 18, 1931 in Muskegon, MI, to Anthony and Catherine (Buckley) LePres. Catherine was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, had been employed at medical offices and retired from Muskegon Radiology P.C. Catherine enjoyed reading and crocheting, but loved spending time with her grandchildren and watching their sporting events. Survivors are her children, Carolyn (Randy) Parker of Muskegon, MI, Paul (Eva) Minarovic of San Antonio, TX, and Lawrence Charles Minarovic of Austin, TX; six grandchildren, Anthony, Amanda, Alexandria, and Andre Parker and Anthony and Alex Minarovic; two sisters, Therese (Dr. James) Pinter of Hales Corners, WI, and Rosemary (Dr. Ernest-deceased) Sesselmann of Muskegon, MI; brother, Anthony (Lillian) Lapres of San Jose, CA; numerous nieces and nephews. Catherine was preceded in death by her parents, infant son Stephen, former husband Paul Minarovic, and sister Camilla Kenny. The Funeral Liturgy will begin at 11 AM Friday at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, the Marian Chapel. Burial will be made in St. Marys Cemetery. Visitation hours will be Thursday from 5 to 8 PM at the Pachesny-Jend Funeral Home, where the Rosary will be prayed at 7:30 PM. Visitation at the church one hour prior to service time Friday morning. Memorial contributions to the St. Frances de Sales Church - Fit at Forty Fund, the American Cancer Society or the Epilepsy Foundation.
