HARPER, MR. MILO G. Fruitport, MI Mr. Milo G. Harper, age 86, died Thursday, May 23, 2002. He was born in Barryton, MI on March 16, 1916 to Charles & Minnie Weide Harper & married the former Goldie Brown in 1937 in Barryton, MI. Mr. Harper had been employed as a Laborer at Anderson Bolling for 20 years until retiring in 1980. He was a longtime member of the former Woodmere Church of God & enjoyed gardening, golf, fishing & farm life. SURVIVORS Wife, Goldie; 2 sons, William Dee Harper of Muskegon, MI & Edwin Shirley Harper of Houghton Lake, MI; 8 grandchildren, Rick Sherri Harper, Mike Sheryl Harper, Mark Dawn Harper, Kim Victor Heikkila, Carla Foley, Andrew Lisa Harper, Ben Brenda Harper & Matt Tracey Harper; 9 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Luella George Germaine of GA; 1 sister-in-law, Paula Harper of Sydney, MI; 1 brother, Floyd Laura Harper of Greenville, MI; several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents & by 8 brothers & sisters. SERVICE Sunday, May 26, 2002, 2:00 PM at Church of God United with Rev. Lynette Gillette & Pastor Tom Parks officiating.
