Mildred Forrest, age 57, passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023. She was born in Chicago, IL on August 27, 1966 to Ernistene Forrest and later graduated from Fenger High School. She married James Lee Green on September 26 1992. Mrs.Forrest had been employed in Food Service then worked as a CNA for Home Health Care. Mildred was a member of House of Holiness Church and later attended Faith Tabernacle.

SURVIVORS

Children, Stacy Forrest, Jamie Forrest, Maurice Forrest, Tyshawn Forrest, Joshua Green, Delricus Coleman; 6 grandchildren; sisters, Rosemarie Forrest, Cornelia Forrest. She was preceded in death by her mother and her sister, Rosemary Forrest.
