Michael Walter

Mr. Michael J. (Mike) Walter, age 51, passed away Friday, May 11, 2007 in Austin, TX. Michael was born April 6, 1956 to Gilbert and Patricia (Brayton) Walter in Muskegon. He worshipped at the Assembly of God Church in Austin. Mike was employed by both Dell Computer, where he was a gold manager server support analyst, and with Equality Internet Services as network and security administrator. On January 17, 1986, he married the former Dolores Esquivel in San Antonio, TX. Mike was a good and very generous man who was devoted to his wife and family. His SURVIVIORS include his wife of 21 years, Dolores of Austin, TX; his father, Gilbert (Janet) Walter; his mother, Patricia (Charles) Fisk; mother and father-in-law, John & Dora Esquivel; 2 brothers, Gilbert (Wendy) Walter of Denver, CO and Joseph Walter of S. Korea; 2 sisters, Janee (Dan) Balaskovitz and Virginia (Richard) Hollenbeck, all of Muskegon; beloved dachshunds, Fritz & Frieda; and nieces and nephews, Brendan, Tom, Katee, David, and Jacob. Michael was preceded in death by his grandmother, Helen Walter and his aunt, Kate Weaver. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held 1PM Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at the Sytsema Chapel Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 737 Apple Avenue 231 726-5210 with Pastor Lowell Anderson officiating. VISITATION will be one hour prior to the service (noon-1PM). MEMORIAL CONTRIBUTIONS may be made to the American Heart Association.
