Michael Hradsky

Michael "Mike" Hradsky, age 57, died Saturday, March 13, 2010. He was born in Muskegon on August 22, 1952 to Steve and Ruth (Rickerd) Hradsky and married the former Karyn A. VanMilligan on September 11, 1993. Mike had served his country in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. He was self-employed and owned Suburban Contractors in Chicago Hts., IL. He was a member of the American Legion Post #1198 and its color guard in Park Forest, IL and was also a member of the Fruitport FOE Aerie # 3666. He also enjoyed spending time at his summer home in Nunica. SURVIVORS He is survived by his wife, Karyn; brother, Robert (Janet) Hradsky of Three Rivers, MI; 2 sisters, Judy (Wayne) Kohnke, Joni (David) Pippel, both of Spring Lake; many nieces and nephews; mother-in-law, Ruth VanMilligan of Lansing, IL; 2 brothers-in-law, Michael (Marsha) VanMilligan of Marien City, MI, Neil VanMilligan of Shorewood, IL. Mike was preceded in death by his parents and father-in-law. MEMORIAL SERVICE Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held Friday, March 26, 2010, at 11:00 AM and visitation with the family will take place 1 hour prior to the service at the Clock Chapel-Fruitport.
