Merlind Garvey

Merlind I "Mike" Garvey passed away Monday February 22,2021..He was born October 13, 1936 in Muskegon to Rueben and Mabel Garvey. Mike was a life long resident in Muskegon. Mike was an avid race driver and builder for many, many years until his son "Mike Jr started racing. He was a flagmen at Thunderbird Raceway as well as racing at this track along with many surrounding race tracks. He also had a love for the outdoors enjoying hunting and fishing . His is survived by his 3 children: Terr (Jeff) Muston, Sherri (Mike) Cotner, Mike (Lisa) Garvey Jr. 15 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren. Mike was preceded in death by his wife Judith (Tilll) Garvey.. There will be no services held at the time..
