Maxine Ramirez

Maxine Ramirez, age 83 passed away on June 4, 2008. She was born in Casnovia, Michigan on November 11, 1924 to the late William and Sylvia (Faulkner) Stark. Maxine graduated from Kent City High School, and she worked on the Milwaukee Clipper before she was married. Maxine is survived by her children, Dave (Sue Baldwin) Hopkins, Sheila (Phil) Green, Sherry Johnson, Tonya (Joe) Newton, James Gibbs, Timothy Gibbs, Roxanne Drummond, John Gibbs, Maria Harker; twenty one grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a son, Dan Gibbs; a grandson, and a granddaughter. A graveside service for Maxine will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Seaman Cemetery on Canada Road.
